Wednesday Night Alive (Sept through May)
Ages 3-5th Grade (5:30 - 7:30 pm)
All kids ages 3 through 5th grade are invited to "Wednesday Night Alive" - a time of Bible study, music, crafts and fun! It's a special program designed to develop our walk of discipleship while making lasting friendships.

We have an exciting new year of programming on Wednesday nights at Living Word. We hope your youth will be able to join us.

Cluster Groups
The Jr. and Sr. High youth groups do a different local service project around DFW each month. The groups will work at local nursing homes, homeless shelters, and women’s clinics, helping these organizations to further their ministries. The youth have a good time, and get to the be the hands and feet of God around DFW.
Sunday Youth Nights
Sunday Night Alive (grades 6-12) meets from 6:15-8:30 pm with dinner, games, confirmation/devotional time, and open gym.

High School Bible Study
Youth grades 9-12 meet Tuesdays at the Starbucks in Westlake from 7-7:45am. We will study the New Testament.

- Bethlehem Marketplace
- December 17th 5:30-7:15pm
- Come a celebrate the Birth of Christ here at LWLC in the Family life center with this special family Christmas party. There will be lots of new booths this year where you and your family can have fun and learn about Jerusalem at the time of Jesus. There will also be a meal running through the evening and games and snacks!
- Happy Birthday Jesus party
- December 21st during Sunday school
- We will celebrate Jesus Birthday with cake, drinks games and a lesson.
- Epic Waters
- December 22nd noon-5pm
- Please meet at Epic waters at 12:30pm or the church at noon, for fun in the water under a dome! There is no cost for this event and is lots of fun to hang out with friends and enjoy the slides at this great indoor event!
Younger Youth: Preschool-5th grade
- Faith Alive Christmas Program
- December 14th between services
- This is our annual Christmas program where the young people of our congregation share the story of Jesus’ birth.
Older youth: 6th-12th grade
- End of year Party
- December 14th
- 6:15-7:45
- A great way to end the year with friend as we play games, do skits and take part in a White Elephant exchange. There will be a potluck this week as well.
